It was great to finally play Firefly: Misbehavin’ in real life with the actual, physical components. I love what GaleForceNine has done with the game. Being a fan of Firefly, it was fun for me to get immersed back in that “‘Verse” with other fans. What I like so much about the game is all of the details: characters, planets, even items (like Vera) that you can acquire and use. It’s a fun, fast-paced, and highly interactive game. With the standard win condition, you know the other players will be trying to take you down when you trigger it, but you can plan ahead and make it nigh impossible for them to succeed. The Episode cards also change up the game play and win conditions in a variety of ways. I look forward to playing more, and I’ll be covering the rules and elements of play in future posts.
